It looks like a coffee shop, not a sweets shop.

They really should change their hours. I’ve only seen it open a handful of times when their hours and online info state otherwiseI am writing this review next to their hours of operation and they are supposed to be open until 9am to 8pm but haven’t been open at all.I haven’t been able to plan a visit due to the place never being open when they say.I suggest going across the street to Heritage or down the way to Udder Culture where their hours are consistent

I don’t quite understand the high ratings for this place. 1. The man that was working there was fairly rude and abrasive with me when I was asking questions as it was my first and only time there. 2. It looks like a coffee shop, not a sweets shop. I had to dig through the menu to even find ice cream and milkshakes as all the prime real estate behind the counter on the big menu boards was filled with coffee items. 3. It wasn’t the worst milkshake I’ve ever had, but it was pretty close. Minimal flavor, tasted like whip cream, wasn’t that cold, and consequently was very light, not a heavy, dense milkshake which I prefer. I was honestly wishing for a mcdonalds shake as I labored to get it down. 4. Which leads me to price. Far too expensive. Yes, this is Juneau, but for the delivered product, was not up to par, not even close.I feel that all these previous reviewers have never had a milkshake down south, or they are too young to have experienced a true milkshake like the one that the Broiler (RIP) used to make. In my opinion, just a bland cup of whipped cream, and the price was rubbing salt in the wound.
