Easy to get a final out the door price via email and phone (within a few dollars for an out of state purchase). I was nervous buying sight unseen but my salesman, Jack, had everything ready to go when we arrived. I did feel a bit rushed (they seemed surprised we wanted to test drive before handing over the check) and I had to ask for proof of certification and warranty since it wasn’t included on the paperwork that I signed. No problem getting either of those things after we signed all the papers, thankfully. Jack did a nice job walking us through the car features after the sale, which was appreciated because I know he was busy.Overall, a good enough experience and smooth-ish process. Would buy from there again but make sure they take time to make sure everything is in place.

This was my first experience of buying a car sight unseen, and I was a little dubious, but had an excellent experience with Tim giving me all the details on the car I needed and Sean helping with the financials. When I arrived to pick up the car it was as expected, clean and perfect! The Audi buying experience was great and I would recommend Audi Southampton to anyone.
