Fantastic experience visiting this Audi location! We were enthusiastically welcomed and the staff was very attentive.We worked the most with Taylor, who was not at all the typical car dealership salesperson. She never pressured us as to if we were going buy or not. She never even asked our timetable. But she gave us all the info we needed. She even watched our Labradoodle puppy for us as we took a test drive!We will for sure be going back and would encourage anyone else considering it to stop by as well!

I didn’t expect to buy a car that day, we were there for a service question on my husband’s fairly new RS 5 Ascari Launch car. But there in the showroom was MY dream car, color combination and everything. Sales Rep was wonderful, as were everyone else. We all got a big laugh out of their Free car wash. It cost me buying a new car. There’s no such thing as a free wash here with cars like this on the showroom floor, but it was a pleasure doing business here.

With the car market how it is right now, new inventory is very minimal. I called every Audi dealership in California to find the car I wanted and there was only about 10 left in the state. The next step was getting the coat right. I worked with George and his team at Audi Marin, and they were very easy to work with, respected my price limits, and were creative on how to get me exactly what I wanted. Very professional and no one was ever pushy when it came to Sales. On top of all that, they were kind enough to deliver the car to my house. I am very satisfied with the experience, the cost, the phenomenal car, and most of all the customer service. Which in the car industry is very hard to come by. Thank you all for your help!
