Arvilla was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the products and services for prepaid phones and she helped me determine the best deal for what I was looking for. She had an answer to every inquiry I had and never over complicated an explanation. She also introduced me to the AT&T TV service and I was sold! I’ve been wanting to look into TV streaming services and having that personal service and her sharing her own experience with AT&T TV really helped me make a decision to at least try it. They even set up the TV account for me while I picked out new phone accessories. I never felt rushed or pressured. Her pleasant and cheerful personality was a plus. Excellent customer service!
