Working with the AT&T team located at the 5th Ave Mall in Anchorage Alaska was more than amazing. The representative at the location, Justin took the time to work and navigate through the concerns I had with reactivating my Apple watch. It took the better part of three (3) days to resolve working various options. I was directed to go connect with the Apple store per an AT&T representative from another location. Went to the locate Apple store and worked with representatives there and discovered it was not a software issue. We talked with multiple AT&T reps and were passed around while Apple was working with us. Then unfortunately we were talking with the AT&T rep on the phone and while they were attempting to transfer me to a manager to discuss the issue of me opening a new line with Apple watch, when I already had one, they disconnected the call. But no one called back, so I called again and discussed with another service rep and we had to go over the situation again. A bit out of sorts after spending an average of 2.5hrs each day. But the fact that today 2 May 2021 brought resolution to the problem was a note of relief. Mr. Justin worked with the online rep and was able to bring the action to a satisfactory level. He along with the Supervisor Jamil were great to work with and patient, and persistent with getting the issue corrected. I have to say working with them means as a long time AT&T customer. They helped a great deal of my continually using AT&T as a provider. I personally want to Thank Justin for his outstanding dedication and support. (This is one young man you should keep) That is a good team you have at the 5th Avenue Mall. Thanks Anthony R.
