Before my visit I had contacted At&t over the phone to see if I could have my issue (address fix) resolved… But it took me about 3-4 phone calls to realize that nothing could be done. I got hung up on twice and the other representatives said I would have to wait 30 days before I could change my address. I got fed up and decided to visit an At&t store in person and they actually helped me resolve my issue quickly, efficiently, and professionally. For future references, I plan to visit At&t rather than call—because this is the only way to actually get any issues that may arise resolved immediately.

So I was at the atnt at Mack road and this lady was on her phone the whole entire time pretending to be busy and not wanting to help us. When we walked in they didn’t even greet us or make eye contact. Really bad customer service. We stood there for a good 10min before the other lady that was with the other customer FINALLY came and help. Never go to that atnt store. Very unprofessional.

I live in Vallejo but whenever we need we ugrade our phones we always come to this store. Sherry was the only one working the day we came in. Wait time is long but its understandable. Customer service is good she made sure we got everything in our new phones
