Went to the galleria store before heading over to this store. Was welcomed in by the staff immediately, and was checked in for the wait. I was assisted by Trebor who was really helpful. He got me and my family of 4 signed up for service. The manager was also very helpful with deciding which phones to get and helped explain the promotions we would be able to receive. Overall great experience, we are going to be sending some more family this way to the store. They were even able to maintain positive and professional while other customers were causing a scene inside the location. Whoever trained this team deserves a raise!

Horrible experience. I went in to get a new screen protector for my iPhone 11 max pro. The person working was Terrance and he was on his phone when I walked in. No big deal but when I asked for help he just pointed to the area where the screen protectors were. I brought one back and asked if it would fit and he stated no while still sitting down on his phone. I asked if he could get off his chair and come help me which he did with his negative body language. He stated there were not any for my phone. As I was walking out I told him he needed to have better customer service and get off his phone and help customers. He then started to clap his hands as I was walking out. I asked if a manager was there and he stated no. I asked what his name was and he held his shirt up with his name badge with a smile on his face. I will not be going back to that store. Go to the one on galleria Blvd, they are way better and great at customer service.
