The store is a nice store but employees are rude and unprofessional! The girl who assisted me (don’t know her name as she didn’t have a name tag) didn’t greet me politely and she had a rude tonality. She just wanted to get rid of me! I think this store should work more on their rep’s behavior and professionalism.I have worked in a store before and this isn’t how you treat customers 🙂

What a great experience at the Davis store on F Street! I needed assistance setting up my new phone and Suzi and Terrin were awesome. Super customer service and they exceeded all expectations! Very pleased with our Downtown Davis AT&T store. Such friendly staff. Walked in without an appointment and walked out with a new Apple Watch. Jordan, my salesperson was terrific at answering all of my questions and set it up for me. And a shout out to Sales manager Steve, who initially helped me.
