Great customer service provided by the lady in customer service. She was able to get my account up to date. Very very disappointed by AT&T of cutting your service as soon as they are not able to get their payment. A lot of us are struggling with the pandemic trying to make our make our needs ends. They only worry about getting their money with out even caring if you are able to communicate with your family. I have a small bussines and this is how I’m able to pay my bills. No cellphone service no customers. I’m taking my business some where else. I’m very disappointed of how this company only cares about money and not the people that make them.
