This was a bittersweet visit to my local ATT store – Valley Fair. My brother had recently passed away, and as executor of his affairs; one of the tasks was to notify and close out accounts. As I went through the processes of closing out his mobility account, I couldn’t have been treat more graciously by every one of the staff members, especially Danny – the manager, who showed his sincere condolences. Their knowledge of the processes and commitment to taking care of me in such a timely manner will forever standout as to what outstanding customer service should be.
