Robert was excellent! My phone battery died and needed either a fix or a brand new phone.. well, since Samsung doesn’t make phones that you can easily fix, seemed easier to just buy a new one. And I decided to get one for my daughter’s birthday too! Robert was patient, thoughtful and even went back to see if we could find a clear case for me, but unfortunately not available. But that’s OK, the customer service was fantastic.
