I had an awesome experience today. James ball was my sales rep and he did an amazing job. My first time here at at&t so I came in with little knowledge about what I wanted. I left out feeling more than satisfied with the phone that I got. James was really confident, helpful, patient and extremely kind!!! Definitely a 5 star experience. Also thank you to the manager Juan who also checked on me throughout the whole process to make sure everything was going fine. Great team!

Liars, lies and BS just to make a sale. I was told what i wanted to hear just to make the sale and had to return the tablet i wanted cause what they told me was not correct or anywhere near the truth, aka lip service to make a sale. Shady…. Good luck if you ignore my review and untill they see bad reviews make them loose money they wont care. ✌️✌️✌️
