Went into my local AT&T store on Sunday at get my girl an updated phone. Service was nice and friendly but man it took a long time. Seems to me an hour and a half is excessive. What really chaps my hide is additional fees. I am charged a one time activation fee? I’ve been a customer for a long time, have two unlimited accounts and am never late in a payment. I understand I’m a little fish but got to tell you I don’t think I will upgrade when it comes time. I will be shopping a née carrier. I may not find any better but I will at least look.

Great patient, professional service after a phone “emergency” – the representative who helped us clearly knew her job super well, and took her time answering all questions (even ones I hadn’t thought to ask yet!). I recommend making an appointment ahead of time if you are able to do so.
