I came into this AT&T to take my phone off a shared plan and Josseline helped me out with this quickly and kindly. It was actually kind of fun and she had infinite patience to go through forms multiple times with me as I was figuring out what options to go forward with. She found several discounts I could use and explained things in a clear way. Even though my phone was cracked she treated it gently which I appreciated, and she also didn’t try to push Apple TV or other services on me after I said I wasn’t interested in those. Everyone at this store was awesome. Thanks!

I had a great experience at the AT&T Store at El Cerrito Plaza. Becky Thomas was terrific. I came in just to get a SIM card for a new phone on my existing account. Becky took care of that expertly. Then Becky reviewed my current wireless plan, and found me a better plan that was both less expensive and offered more features. She also found additional discount opportunities to reduce my monthly bill even more.
