Very disappointing. Terrance and the other guy there were friendly and seemingly knowledgeable. It went down hill from there. I was told I would get same day delivery (I came in the morning with a dead phone.) on my new phone. Then I started getting emails that are now telling me the order I put in Friday morning will be at my home by end of day Tuesday. Second, I was told that my Galaxy S6 was not capable of charging wirelessly. (My phone was dead because the charging port seems to be damaged.) In setting up for my new S10 I got a wireless charger. Luckily I tried my S6 on my new wireless charger and it works! It was time to upgrade but 1) I think they should be able to give more accurate delivery time. I don’t know if they have the information of not but they should! and 2) A quick google search told me they S6 was wireless charge capable. If you don’t know, look it up. As I said. Disappointing. One star or two, that is the question.
