In-store service was superb! Our rep was on point, making the port from T-Mobile to ATT a seamless process. The rep helped me pick out the perfect case, back up and reload my data to my new IPhone 12 Pro Max and offered to help me place a tempered glass screen on the phone. When I left, there was nothing additional that I needed to do as everything worked flawlessly.

I happily entered this store early Monday morning with every intention of upgrading my smartphone and service (Cingular/AT&T customer since 1994). Checked in with staff. And waited patiently…then waited some more. Heard male staff member rudely putting a customer in his place. And continued to wait. Same staff member (mgr?) dressed down the same customer AGAIN when customer asked how much longer would be the wait. After 30 minutes of patiently waiting, watching movie commercials and hearing this rudeness, I left. Who wants to give these friggin’ buggers money? I don’t. It received one star because that is the minimum allowed here. NO STARS from me. Shop ANYWHERE but here. That is the TRUTH.

I walked into the AT&T store in the Hillsdale Mall and was greeted by Jesus. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the phones there. I was very impressed with how professional and kind he was. He was very patient and answered all of my questions about the IPhone and Galaxy phones and I had a lot of questions and I fired away with them and he could answer them as fast as I asked them. He may have been one of the nicest employees I’ve ever met. If you want to purchase a phone from someone knowledgeable, I highly recommend this AT&T store.
