I walked into the store March 1st panicked, having one of the worst days I’ve ever experienced. I was met by Mike, who was without a doubt, hands down, the best sales associate I’ve ever encountered at any store. He was kind, patient, competent, quick, and thoughtful. I was so scatterbrained and emotional and he worked with me in an empathetic and productive way—and was very observant of smart covid protocols. What could have been an absolute nightmare ended up being the highlight of my day…which one NEVER expects walking into get a new phone contract!
