Amanda Manila is probably the kindest and most patient customer service provider I’ve ever experienced, not just at AT&T but anywhere. I came in to transfer an existing account to my name, due to a death. This was a pretty involved process taking upwards of 2 hours. Amanda was a consummate professional and helped with documentation, the account details AND the coordination with the various AT&T departments. She stayed engaged and updated me at every step and went well beyond what I was expecting…and did it with kind words and a smile. So truly, I thank her for making a tough day a bit brighter! AT&T is lucky to have her!
