Upon entering the store, the female rep remained seated as she was visiting with friends. Asking her to check on SIM card failure, she responded,”It’s probably your phone.” I asked her to check phone, she ejected card and responded,”Its your phone; you can buy a new one or trade in. What do you want to do?” I have never experienced such horrible customer service. They really need to check their employees and train them to listen to our needs and come up with a proper solution rather showing no care.

I had to take a whole month to transfer from my Dad’s business account which is so much more difficult than I imagined. And I had to wait additional days to upgrade my phone after I finally transferred into my own account. But the people who helped me were nice and I finally got my new phone so I’m not mad anymore. It’s just on AT&T as a whole who’s kinda slow on it.

Employee who helped me was friendly but beware of upselling. I had been going to different company stores trying to upgrade my phone but here they said the best option is to get a new phone number. They made a new account and now I’m stuck with 2 phone lines and 2 bills. I had to call the company to transfer responsibility from myself to myself and I still don’t know if its solved yet. But like I said don’t fall for the upselling. Just keep your real total expense as low as you need it. The prices are so inflated for screen protector. Case, watch and AirPods all cost more so don’t add it on. An att employee at a store later told me this is basically a scam that happens with ATT not just his store. When I called the 800 they suggested a way to solve the problem is to buy an Apple Watch…
