Although I had to wait 2 hours after my 4:00PM appointment to finally be seen, Jesus was an excellent representative and helped me resolve all issues with speed and diligence. 3 Stars for the issue of understaffing, and 5 stars for Jesus. The wonderful experience once a knowledgeable employee was able to see me and fix all issues I was having (while setting me up with AT&T service) made the frustration of waiting 2 hours simply melt away.
