Yesterday I went in to upgrade my phone and switch to a different plan. I made an appointment, and was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Bernie was the one assisting us and he was not only helpful but funny as well. He answered every question I had with ease and helped make my decision easier about which phone to purchase. The manager also came over towards the end and was very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.

AT&T has always been my cellphone provider! They have the absolute BEST service! Extremely knowledgeable staff. The young man that helped us yesterday, was extremely efficient and courteous. He was able to help us with new phones on our existing service plan, transferring all our data from our old phones, and even got us a discount which brought our monthly bill down by $10. (Every little bit counts!). The young man was even helping to train a new associate while he helped us- and was still very efficient! Our experience was a pleasant one! I highly recommend AT&T!
