Stefanie helped my wife and I accomplish several challenging things related to adding her to my family’s long-time phone plan when she was on a prepaid account. Not as easy as it sounds. But Stefanie went above and beyond, and stayed until close, even beyond close the next night, with Bobby, to ensure we updated our massive family plan to something less expensive, that my wife got added successfully, that we were able to turn in my wife’s phone for a hefty trade in value and were able to got her a new phone at a solid discount, & that we were successful in adding her apple watch. She even gave us her contact info so should there be any issue we would be able to reach her. My family really appreciated her customer service and her attitude in general. Now we are literally all set. Thanks Stefanie, & Bobby, for going the extra mile & helping us get these things situated. No none likes to feel clueless, and that the person in store could care less. But you both ensured that though we were clueless on what we needed, we left with a sense of value and understanding. Highest recommendations to this store at the San Clemente Outlets.
