From the start we were greeted. Yolanda was very helpful and even put on Croods the movie for my daughter. We had gone to AT&T off Amargosa Rd but were not helped at all they say they called but never did. Yolanda at the AT&T location off Palmdale Rd and 395 was great to us. You will get a top notch customer service from this store, specially from Yolanda!. She helped my parents to set up their new iPhones. Transferred old stuff from their dinosaur iphones to newer one, and kindly explained the new features and how-to stuff of iPhone 11. Also processed the trade-in following day and took only couple minutes to process. My parents were so happy and satisfied with the new phones and exceptional service provided by Yolanda.
