This was seriously the best service I’ve ever had at a store. I went in today just to browse, since I have been thinking about switching from T-mobile to AT&T. Not only did I leave with new cell service, but also a new phone. My service rep was Evelyn and she was seriously so helpful and her attitude was awesome. She was very friendly and patient. I ran into some technical difficulty getting my number switched over but Evelyn was patient and everything went smooth. I definitely will return to this store should I need to upgrade or get other products.

I don’t know what’s going on with wireless companies, but why everyone is starting to look like Apple stores? And why are we in AT&T waiting just as long? Telephones were ringing off the hook and no one rushing to pick them up. There were 2 reps on the side plus the Greeter taking people’s names as they walk in (3 in total). If you visit make sure you have more then an hour to be attended.

Not only was she personable, she was easy to work with. Making changes to my current plan and purchasing new products was a smooth and positive process.
