I had an excellent experience at this location today. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill my needs, big shout out to Raven & Eli for going the extra mile to take care of me. Ive never purchased a new phone in such a short amount of time, it was so easy and painless. The store itself was clean, and pristine. I’m relieved to have found a store I know I can count on for my future needs. I would give this store 10 stars if I could. Thanks a bunch Raven!

The staff is super friendly just needs to be sure they give accurate information. I wish they would have told me the right information when I signed up . I called the Customer service number later to fix an online account setup and found that they told me my two devices were free but I was actually being charged full price because they gave me the wrong one. I had to return it and was charged a restocking fee:( with no free watch 🙁 . Luckily they were able to add on the promotion to my account and let me keep the phone and honor what the sales associate said. Happy with the phone and service just annoyed and felt a little tricked about the watch.
