Somehow all the reviews here seem to have the same vibe, all clearly provide a sales persons name and it makes it seems very staged , but if that’s what’s needed then good for you.My experience was a waste of time, and the sales person just imposed his language, phone, plan and kept trying to speak over me.The manager didn’t step up to the plate when needed and the poor word choice of the sales person reflects a lack of courtesy.The rep felt pushy since the beginning and when he knew the transaction wasn’t going to happen he gave off an attitude. Will visit a different store to complete my transaction.

Very helpful in getting an insurance claim for a water damaged phone started. Got that replacement phone in 24 hours! Then they helped getting the data restored!Great advice on getting new phones too.Unbiased opinions as far as I could tell.
