I had a very bad experience in this store. On 1/17/21, I went to purchase a phone, then the employee, Coral, offered me to update my phone plan with a cheaper price than the one I have. She said that it included free international calls and unlimited data without going into details. When I received my statement, it was $778 because of her unclear information about the international calls and phone plan. I was charged with additional fees I never agreed to, and she added a protection plan without my permission. When I went back to the store to verify the problems and solve it, the manager, Nelson, did not listen to my concern. Instead, he blamed me and was very rude. He ordered another employee to also refuse to work with me, and he sent her to the back room. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. My family and I will never go back to this store again, and I don’t suggest others to go either.

I am less than impressed with AT&T lately. I believe that the quality of the customer service and the willingness to help has declined.I will say that they are much better than the store on Valencia.I went into purchase a new phone 6 months ago and before I knew it, the sales gal was trying to sell me every single device in the AT&T store.
