I went into the store location and was assisted by the manager Tyler who was very professional and extremely helpful. I have been getting the run around calling customer service regarding missing credits with no resolution. He found an article and connected me to the correct department which was able to get it resolved in minutes and I’ve been dealing with this for months! He also was able to get me free HBO max and saved a customer . Thank you Tyler you’re awesome!

Well this locations would get 0 stars if I could. This is the most unprofessional at&t I have ever been to. There are 4 guys that have only been jawjacking for the over an hour we have been here and have not had a single one come by to help us or the other customers that have been waiting. And just to add to the bad experience here they have been blaring music most of the time… If this is how you run your business I don’t see how you expect to keep customers. Will never come back here again.
