The staff at this store were an absolute joy to work with. My wife needed a new phone and we called a bunch of stores in the area. The store manager Alicia was the kindest and friendliest person we spoke to so we decided to drive over to their location even though it wasn’t the closest. Alicia, along with customer service reps Angela and Ryan were kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Their COVID protocols made us feel safe in the store, and they helped reduce our monthly bill. This was the best experience we have ever had with any phone carrier. I would recommend this store to anyone in the LA area!

I had the best experience at this AT&T store. I really needed to upgrade my phone but was also on a budget. They were able to provide me with a good deal and they even lowered my phone bill!!! They answered all my questions with the best customer service. Probably the best experience I have had with a phone carrier. I will definitely be returning and recommending this store to others.
