This review is for our recent experience with Cynthia, one of the store managers who engaged in unethical sales practices to shiest my elderly mother. I’m writing this review to warn others to stay away from this store so the same thing doesn’t happen to you.My Mom went into this store, being an AT&T customer for more than 20 years. Her phone had broken and she needed a new one. Cynthia came along and offered her a $50 LG phone, saying she could return it if she needed to. My Mom bought the phone (which was a terrible phone that’s been discontinued but that’s besides the point).A few days later, she went back to ask for a refund, and was told there is a $55 re-stocking fee. So she would pay more just to turn in the phone. Cynthia never made her aware of this. My Mom asked why she was never told this, especially given that she would end up spending ANOTHER $55 on top of the $50 just to return the phone. The sales associate kept going to the back and talking to Cynthia, but Cynthia would not come to the front and talk with my Mom, even though she asked for her. Unethical cowardly business practices.This isn’t the first time AT&T has left out important details just to make a sale. I’m working on transferring over all our lines to another provider.Be warned and stay away from this store.
