After a few days and few visits at my more familiar AT&T stores (that I’ve been going to for years); there was conundrum regarding my account. The issue could not be resolved. I decided to visit an AT&T location near my new place of employment. Low and behold, Andrew took care of everything, even cleaned up my account and overall, the monthly outlook is much better. Let’s just say that this is my new home AT&T, even if it’s an hour away from home.

One of the most disappointing services I have ever received. I waited outside the store (I understand its the pandemic) for more than 20 minutes because I had several questions. Once it was my turn, an employee came and wanted to answer my questions outside. Come on!I wanted to see the information on paper. What were my options, etc. Wanted to see the cellphone. The employee looked uncomfortable answering me. He didn’t show me anything. Just a piece of paper he wrote. His actitud was like he was doing me a favor.I am a current customer.Is not enough my money?I am going to other providers because I am not enough for this company.
