I would like to comment on the great service I received from Jay who is a manager for AT &T. I called to get information about my phone. Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable about his job, he was patient with me. He is definitely an asset to the AT &T company.

My mom recently bought a phone at this store. She was rushed through the store and rushed into making a purchase without being given all the Information she needed. She was then called rude by a sales associate (Sean), who continuously cut her off when she was on the phone trying to explain what was going on to my other sister. When she got home there was a air bubble in her screen protector, and the associate forgot to put her sim card back in. While Sean did get my mom the correct phone for her needs, he needed to relax when dealing with (older) customers who simply need more information before purchasing.
