I went in to open a new line and signed up for a plan and phone and a month later when I received my bill ended up paying 3 times as much and not for what I requested. Upon more research I was offered something that simply does not exists and instead signed up for a complete different deal.Came back to try and fix the misunderstanding and was told that I signed up for It and couldn’t be helped or fixed and had to pay up.I would not recommend going to this store.

Staff is friendly and informative. The only problem was they were playing a game on a big screen and were extremely loud. I was trying out phones and couldn’t hear ringtones, etc without turning up the volume pretty high.

One of the best AT&T stores in El Paso! Tanya was extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed. She definitely went above and beyond in customer service. I highly recommend this location.
