There are three different AT&T stores in town and this one is the one I like going to the most. Especially when they are not busy The young lady assisted me, greeted me as soon as I walked in and was able to help me right away. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. I hope she sticks around with AT&T for a while.

Today I finally came over to at&t from Verizon and I must say it’s a big difference. Now don’t get me wrong Verizon is a good provider but at&t’s one on one face to face interactions are top notch. You won’t leave until they’re satisfied that you’re satisfied. I’m glad I made the decision to come to the at&t family.

Paid a visit to my local AT&T store yesterday. They were taking names inside and making people wait in their vehicles. Such BS. Especially since the Governor has now repealed the mask mandate. I waited … and waited … and waited … and finally got out of my vehicle and went in to see how much longer it might be. Different person taking names now and she said, Oh, I can take you now. Makes me wonder if I would still be waiting in my car. I only had some questions about changing phones and the person who helped me was very knowledgeable about my questions. All in all it would have been a great experience if not for the Covid BS.
