I went to the store 15 minutes before it closed. I needed to buy a phone and watch for my daughters graduation the next morning. Timothy the manager was so helpful and professional. He turned me over to Crystal who was also the same. I didn’t get done until about 45 minutes after they closed but they were patient and got me taken care of!!!! Thank y’all

Customer service training is badly needed here. I realize it’s not every employee but when it’s a majority it’s a problem. 2-3 people standing around and acting like it’s a problem that I came in to buy a phone.Store on Milwaukee had 4-6 people standing around waiting to help people but this doesn’t.. Had to come here to get a phone they didn’t have at Milwaukee. Necessary evil coming to the store.
