Great customer service. I went in to this store to add my son to my account and get a new phone. I didn’t know what I wanted there were several phones available that we’re on a promotion the customer service rep was very informative gave me several options answered all my questions some of which I asked multiple times. He was very patient and didn’t seem to be bothered in the least that I was taking a lot of his time fortunately there weren’t a lot of customers besides me in the store at the time. You gave me information that I didn’t know I needed and I learned a lot. I was able to get a phone, add my son to my account and learn a lot. I haven’t witnessed or experienced this high level of customer service in many years and it was a really nice experience. I will always go back to the store hopefully to the same customer service rep or any products services or anything else that I need help with with my phone in my account it was a great experience!
