I wish there’s better training on the business processIt took 2 hours to switch a phone line here from Verizon. The human errors we encountered include: repeatedly entering wrong phone number, asking the customer to “just enter an account number”(when you suppose to enter account number from another provider), choosing the wrong plan, asking customers to get a new phone.The manger is helpful though.
