I cannot begin to describe how pleased I am with the care I received here! It’s 10/10! Wish I can give them 10 stars. The staff is AMAZING (especially David and Jessie). It was my first time with At&t, wasn’t sure how everything works. But they walked me through all steps and explained everything for me. They are very kind, caring and patient. They helped me to set up a new Firstnet account and the post train-in process was simple and super quick! The manager is very knowledgeable, polite, and wonderful person ever! I can tell that they have a great teamwork, the staff took plenty of time to ensure that all of my needs and questions were well-met. They go over and beyond to make sure you’re experience was perfect! I absolutely had a great visit here, I won’t go anywhere else now! Thank you, guys!! I appreciate it!

My family and I came in to trade in our phones and change providers to AT&T. I usually never write reviews, but after our experience, I knew I needed to give credit to the wonderful employees there, especially Shana who helped us. She was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything very clearly throughout our whole time there (and with trading in 4 phones on top of switching providers, there was a lot going on). She went above and beyond, and I am very impressed with the service we received. Also, just want to say thank you again, Shana, we greatly appreciate you!
