Kian the store manager was amazing. He was quick to help on a pretty busy day. Really knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything about my purchase. He was accommodating and kept checking in as he transferred everything from my old phone. He was thoughtful of my kiddos, offering water and having a family friendly show on the TV. He gave exceptional customer service. Turned a bad day around quickly for this single mama!!!

Went to Moore plaza got a new phone and the rep didn’t want to help me recover my Apple ID . I’m older and couldn’t understand how any of this worked, but he insisted I call apple and they would help me. I wasn’t able to get much help from apple and so came into the Saratoga store and Mickey was able to take time with me and get everything recovered!!! Mickey spent two hours getting me fixed up and set up my new phone , he cares about his customers and this is why I will never go back to Moore plaza and only deal with Mickey here at Saratoga store from now on! Thank you Mickey!
