I’d been dealing with repairing a phone for 2 weeks. Apple was less than help in trying to source the information I was requesting. By the time I got to the store I had already accepted the fact that I had to invest in a new phone, but that didn’t mean I was happy about it. When I walked in I was very blunt about the time frame I had in order to make the purchase and still be on time to a personal commitment. The rep Gilbert remained friendly, and helpful! So much so that he got everything done with 5 minutes to spare! He sold me a new phone, convinced me to purchased the insurance even though I was dead set against it, convinced me to do the auto-pay and saved me some money by upgrading our plan. I was very impressed with Gilbert. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars… we’ll to be honest I’m still pretty upset that I had to spend the money on a new phone!

I just moved to the area and thought I would give The store a try. The guy that was helping us seemed like he didn’t want to be there. I asked about some promotions and was told that’s only online. He just sat there in silence until my wife and I asked questions. If I was working at att you bet your bottom dollar I would know about current in store and online a promotions. Was ready to purchase entire phone off at that moment but I think I’ll just purchase a phone online.

Alex Padilla was an excellent sales rep. He knew exactly what we wanted, provided much detail in all the benefits of our new phone purchase, and even provided insight to a new phone plan. If we could rate this experience beyond 5 starts, we would! We will continue to see Alex for all of our AT&T needs!
