While visiting this store I witnessed a sales associate assist an elderly man. He obviously was having trouble with his new phone and the associate took her time to explain in detail how to do the task he wanted to do. Then when he was about to leave she told him “any time you need help with your phone come in we will help you !” When it was my turn to be served they took their time and helped me as well. I know that customer service is important and consistently done every time I return. I’m loving my new phone and the service !

I wouldn’t give this place any stars if I could. Not only did I go there for a first time trying to get a certain service done, the people there couldn’t even do that simple task and instead signed me up for something erroneous leaving me with a massive bill! So on top of having to go thru multiple representatives to resolve this, I had to pay that before continuing on and then be told it’ll be reoccurring so I’ll be paying that from here on out. It wasn’t what I wanted for services and I canceled all plans with them asap. I wouldn’t suggest AT&T in Kingsville to anyone for a phone plan and my recommendation is don’t go even if there’s a promo or sale, they’ll botch everything and act like it wasn’t their mistake leaving you to pay! Don’t go here!!

All I have to say is I went to two other locations and this by far was the best. The team immediately greeted me when I first walked in. Great customer service, excellent hospitality, and a speedy checkout experience!!! Team members were all knowledgeable on all products and services. All my questions were answered, which is a big deal because I tend to ask a lot of questions when purchasing a new phone. I will be telling my friends to come here. Thank you Kingsville for your wonderful customer service.
