Came in on a busy Sunday and Max Trinidad immediately started assisting us. Wanted to switch three lines from pre-paid plans to post paid plans as well as initiate a new phone line. Our situation was a little special since we needed a lot of help but Max helped us through the whole process. One of us needed a new phone as well and Max helped me pick out a phone that was right for me with the exact features that I wanted while being very friendly (and not pushy!). The process was a little long but Max would keep us entertained with conversation as well as guiding us through the new phone to pass the time. Great associate, will definitely come back next time I need a new line or a new phone and ask for him specifically. Thanks!

Ran into a pickle when wanting to cancel internet service over the phone so i went in person to have information reset. The manager Moses was VERY helpful! Got me on the phone with the right people to confirm my identity in person and had them cancel it.Convenient for a FedEx to be up the mall strip to have the box sent where it needed to be.

This is one of the worst AT&T stores in San Antonio. Their representatives tell you one thing then don’t follow through and you end up having to go back to fix what should have been done right in the first place. I’ve had to stand outside in the cold, because COVID policy doesn’t allow anyone in the store. I had to go back to correct an error on their part. They blame that on the owner of the shopping center. Their representatives are lazy, don’t look like they want to be there, never smile, and the manager never shows his/her face. Always “unavailable”.I’ve learned to make the extra drive to the Ingram and 410 store, a little further away, but WAY better service.
