Went in to get a phone upgrade and was quickly greeted by Becky N. She not only helped me get a new phone, she also clearly explained to me that I could save money by upgrading my phone plan and bundle the home internet. I am a happy customer and pleased with the service upgrades on my phone and at home. The service I received at the AT&T store was exceptional and I would definitely recommend this store and Becky.

Tried to go in at approximately 8:15 last night.Doors were locked.. Employees inside gestured no, as if they were closed, and refused to even politely give a reason. Just gesturing no.Not sure if AT&T sales reps are commisoned based but I bought 2700 dollars worth of phones and accessories at the Vance Jackson store.
