Staff was rude and not very helpful. They’d rather be talking amongst each other about things outside their work than help me purchase a phone. I was going to open a new line with an unlimited elite plan and I already had a good idea of the iPhone I wanted, but though the store was empty both employees working on the evening shift were aloof. I decided that they’d be pretty incompetent if I proceeded with purchase so I ended up going online and got better help from a sales associate in a chat room. Might as well close this local because I doubt it does very well anyway.

I been to this store several times already. The staff that’s currently there is none like the staff that was there before. I needed a breakdown on my bill and i was lucky to get the manager Carmen, so I thought. She got so flustered with me. Her tone of voice was high pitched and muffled sounds while explaining . Made me feel obtuse. Went home distressed at the situation, only to know my family refuses to go to that store because of an incident they encountered with the same manager. AT&T needs to hire people that want to help.

Ronnie was the employee that helped me today. Let me just say she was so helpful! I had my kids in the truck so I asked if we could fix my iPad outdoors so they wouldn’t go in and want to touch everything, she was happy to help me! She was able to fix my issues with no problem and promptly! Definitely recommend this store!
