I have visited the AT&T store at Whispering Creek location, what a waste of time. There is always a person that greets you at the door and is never knowledgeable or at the least able to make a suggestion to help with your problem. My go to store now is the AT&T store at Victoria Mall. I have been there twice this year, today being second time. Today a young man named Tad was very helpful by checking my phone and making several suggestions to help with my problem. The associates at this store are valuable to us the customers. Thank you again Tad.

There was some young guy in there called tad I think that helped me. He was very good with knowledge on the product and even offered me a great deal for a new line on my account with the phone being free. 100/10 recommend, ask for some guy name Ted.
