I was really excited to get an update so I went to the AT&T store in the mall as I always have. They told me even though they were open that they were doing inventory so that’s why the door was closed and to come back in an hour. …. Well that made me a little upset so I went to the AT&T store by HEB (Navarro) and was helped the second I walked in by Vivian.. She was super helpful and very friendly. She made me feel very welcomed in the store. I’m very happy with my service there and will continue to go there!

I went to our local AT&T store to get my phone fixed and the amazing young lady took care of everything, she was incredibly helpful and she had an amazing way to make a two hour setup seem simple and easy. (BTW, the reason it took so long was entirely on my lack of keeping my phone backed up and updated) I will definitely be back.

Justin was very knowledgeable and patient. He was very professional. I would have given a 5 star except for his coworkers. They were standing in a group commenting on customers as they came and went. Very unprofessional. They need to remember customers are watching.
