Josh, the only employee who works at this store, is dishonest and scams his customers. He did not process my trade in. I have been trying for 6 months now (multiple times per month) to address the issue. I have met with Josh several times who reassures me that he is resolving my issue and that many people complained of this not getting credit for their trade-in. I have a picture of me handing him my phone. I have called AT&T who opened an internal investigation, but ultimately blew me off saying the trade-in was never received and closed my case without notifying me. I tried to find someone in AT&T retail store management, but was not able to even get past the initial voice tree. If you want trade-in credit – you better make sure they process the trade-in while you are in the store. Josh is a scam artist.5/31/21I did as you asked in your response and sent you an email on 5/21/21. I have yet to hear back. Thanks again for further wasting my time.

The sales guy Josh is very nice and helpful… Until you realize that everything he said to you to make the sale was a lie! Very dishonest and avoids you when you return to the store to try to get your account corrected. Do not recommend !
