Edward Salazar was AMAZING! The gentleman explained all my options, pricing, and offers. He broke down the differences between AT&T and his competitors, also he was honest about it all. He was friendly, personable, and took care of business. If there is any room for improvement, I would say more employees staffed would have been great. Edward was the only one working and other clients needed his help while he was helping me. However he did a great job of controlling the situation and no one was ignored.

I happened to be close by this location on Friday Feb. 19. I was on a quest to replace my 81 year old friends flip phone. Kareem helped me think through options for short term and long term solutions. Part of the issue was that my friend was also without a home phone because of the storm. She had no means to cal 911. I will now consider going back to this location just to work with Kareem. He was kind, thoughtful, and just a great person to work with. I hope this post gets back to him and his manager. Thank you Kareem.
