Martin rules. I needed a new phone, so I walked down to 3330 Hillcroft. I didn’t have the access PIN for the family plan, and the authorized users were out-of-state and fairly hard to reach. He patiently waited as I got ahold of my parents, showed me all the latest models, and got me a new Google Pixel 5. As I was paying, it began to rain quite heavily; without asking for his assistance, he freely offered me a ride back to my apartment complex since he was about to take his lunch break. I was fully prepared to walk 20min through the pouring rain (I had even brought a zip-lock bag to protect my new device). Martin deserves a raise or a promotion – or both. Amenable, generous, and clearly a caring individual – this is a man who can be trusted with greater responsibility. I even overheard him making sure another customer was taken care of and satisfied before giving me a ride. I’d give more stars if I could. And if you’re reading this, Martin – again, thank you so much for all your help.

This old man threatening to kill me just because I want to return their phone and service over fake and misleading information about pricing; they tried to charge me way much extra than what they told me first I bought the phone.I filled a police report against this guy for threatening me and, I filled a complaint against the store to at&t.The phone will be returned to at&t by mail.I’m so happy that these people didn’t succeed in cheated me on my money.Hard luck bitc*es
