I went into this store a month ago to upgrade my phone and open a business line. The assistant manager put the installment plan for my new phone on a new line that I did not ask for. They have been charging me for this mystery line and I’m on the phone right now with customer support trying to fix more problems associated with the mistake made by this location. I have been sent to this store by customer support 5 times in the last month and they have sent me away each time without solving my problems. My account has been suspended twice due to a balance associated with said mystery account. I am so angry. I wish I had gone to a different location. They have made no apologies and taken no accountability for the inconvenience their errors have caused. Very disappointed. Go anywhere else.
